Ortho provides turnkey general contracting engineering services (EPC) to owners, covering the entire process of design, procurement, construction, trial operation, and start-up. The company undertakes the entire process or several stages of contracting for the design, procurement, construction, trial operation, and start-up of engineering construction projects, and is responsible for the quality, safety, cost, and progress of the contracted projects. Ultimately, the company submits an engineering project that meets the functional requirements and meets the usage conditions to the owner.
Engineering Design (E): Ortho has its own professional engineering and technical personnel in various fields, including process, equipment, instrument and control, electrical, etc., with engineering experience covering industries such as petrochemical, coal chemical, and fine chemical. And Ortho has deep cooperation with professional Grade A engineering design institutes at home and abroad, providing overall design, FEED, basic design, and detailed design of the project, conducting a complete set of design work such as HAZOP analysis, SIL grading, and SIS demonstration, providing users with a safe and reliable construction foundation.
Engineering Procurement (P): Procurement team of Ortho has rich procurement experience in the petrochemical industry, professional knowledge background, strong analytical ability, and can comprehensively consider quality and cost issues. They strictly control the quality of purchased equipment according to the company's procurement process and quality management process, providing assurance for the safe and stable operation of the entire project.
Construction Management (C): The construction management personnel of Ortho have decades of experience in the petrochemical industry, all of whom come from the Sinopec system and have professional knowledge background. They are able to execute projects in accordance with strict management systems to avoid project risks. And Ortho cooperates with top domestic and foreign enterprises, all of which have special construction qualifications, ensuring the successful operation of the project.
